Thank you for your interest in My Cousin’s Coven and the Coven of the Veiled Moon.

At this time, we are not accepting applications for coven membership or initiation. While our public online presence continues to grow, our initiatory coven remains private, intentional, and structured.

My Cousin’s Coven serves as our public educational and service-focused space. Through our website, Facebook community, Ask a Witch, spellwork support, divination, and educational resources, we strive to provide a welcoming place for learning, discussion, and spiritual guidance.

The Coven of the Veiled Moon is a closed initiatory coven. Those who eventually pursue membership begin with a one-year novitiate, a period dedicated to study, practice, discernment, and building a relationship with the coven. Initiation is never automatic—it is a mutual decision made only when both the novice and the coven believe the path is the right one.

Some traditions describe this type of structure as having an “Outer Court” and an “Inner Court.” While our public educational work serves a similar purpose, we do not formally use those titles. Instead, we simply distinguish between our public community, our educational and service mission, and the private initiatory work of the coven.

Although we are new to sharing our work online, the coven itself is not. For many years we remained a private initiatory community. Opening our doors digitally is an extension of our commitment to education, service, and fostering thoughtful discussion within the wider magical community.
